Allied Dispatch Solutions Selects Johnson City, Tennessee

The Washington County Economic Development Council along with Allied Dispatch Solutions officials announced the company’s decision to locate their new call center operations in Johnson City, TN. The new location represents a $750,000 investment and the creation of 85 new jobs. Allied Dispatch Solutions provides premium roadside and boutique call center solutions. Allied also has the roadside industry’s first dedicated consultative practice. Allied’s goal is to be there at the “Moment of Truth”. With over 35 years of roadside experience and some of the industry’s top talent- Allied can solve any needs related to towing, jumpstarts, lockouts, fuel deliveries or flat tires. Allied Dispatch Solutions LLC is a subsidiary of FIMC Inc. FIMC has a 40 year operating history and is headquartered in Sarasota, FL.

Allied Dispatch Solutions conducted a national search for the appropriate location and eventually chose Johnson City, TN. Two driving reasons for choosing Johnson City were the community’s interest in bringing quality jobs and the overwhelming employee talent. Allied Dispatch Solutions began operations in October of 2014 and is seeking to add national partners.
